Zippay
BackIf you'd like to obtain a refund on a Zip purchase, you'll need to contact Repair Mate directly and follow our normal refunds process (Please note that this does not apply to gift cards under the terms and conditions of purchase).
If you are eligible for a refund, your Zip account will be credited with the agreed refund amount. The funds will then be put towards any balance currently owing on your account.
If the refund amount puts your account into credit - or if you've overpaid your account and would like the funds returned to you - please contact the Customer Care team of Zip Pay to arrange this, and provide your BSB and Account Number. Alternatively, you can choose to leave your account in credit and use the funds for your next purchase.
If you do not want to repair your device and have already made payments, we can refund the paid amount to you. Please follow the refund instructions from the link below :
You can choose/change your repayment schedule at any time - choose from weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments. The repayments will automatically come from your linked debit or credit card and run until your account balance is $0. You can also set your own payment amount, as long as you cover the monthly minimum of $40 (or less if the amount you owe is under $40). If you don't owe anything, of course, the scheduled payments won't run.
Apply for an account with zip pay:
You can apply for an account here using your Facebook, PayPal or Email details.
In the application process, Zip Pay looks at things like your credit score, income stability and if you can pay back the credit. They also check your identity (via Facebook or Paypal) to make sure you are who you say you are.
Subject to approval, sign-up takes only seconds, after which you can complete your purchase and pay for it later. Once approved for your Zip Pay account, there’s no need to apply again. You can continue to use your Zip Pay account anywhere that accepts Zip Pay.
