Repair Mate® Rewards is our free loyalty program for repair and retail customers. Every time you fix a phone or pick up an accessory in store, you earn points you can spend on your next visit — no cards to carry and no sign-up fees. Redeeming your points

Every point is worth A$1 to spend in store. When you pay, just tell our team you would like to use your points — you can redeem any amount, right up to your full balance, against what you owe. There is no minimum spend to unlock them, and any balance you do not use stays on your account. Points are valid for 12 months from the day you earn them, and each Repair Mate store keeps its own balance.
