Question 1

Can you replace just the glass on a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, not the whole screen?

Accepted Answer

On most modern devices the glass and display (LCD/OLED) are bonded into one part, so we replace the full screen-and-display assembly to guarantee touch, brightness and colour all work correctly. We'll confirm what your Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G needs when you book.

Question 2

How long does a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G screen replacement take?

Accepted Answer

Most Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G screen replacements are completed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. We'll give you an exact timeframe when you book so you can plan around it.

Question 3

Will I lose my data during the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G screen repair?

Accepted Answer

No — a screen replacement does not erase your data. We still recommend a backup before any repair as good practice, but your photos, apps and settings stay intact.
