Frequently asked questions Only my zoom (or ultra-wide) camera is broken — can you fix just that one? Yes. Each camera is a separate module, so we replace only the faulty one (wide, ultra-wide, telephoto or front) rather than the whole cluster — which keeps the cost down. My camera glass cracked but photos still look okay — do I need to fix it? We'd recommend fixing it soon. Once the glass is broken, dust and moisture reach the actual lens and gradually cause blurry, spotty photos and autofocus issues — turning a cheap glass repair into a costly module replacement. Early is cheaper. My photos are blurry but the lens looks clean — why? Blur with a clean lens usually means the autofocus or optical stabilisation inside the module has failed, often after a drop.
